Program Overview
The program is built around 3 structured phases
PHASE 1: Career Discovery & Direction
Help the individual discern whether to continue in their current field, pivot careers, or acquire new skills.
Coach Tasks:
- Conduct 1:1 initial assessment (background, strengths, goals).
- Recommend career and spiritual assessments.
- Identify gaps in qualifications.
- Offer encouragement and prayer.
Individual Tasks:
- Reflect on goals and complete assessments.
- Research career paths.
PHASE 2: Resume Building & Interview Preparation
Equip the individual with a strong resume and confidence in interview skills.
Coach Tasks:
- Review and refine the resume.
- Conduct mock interviews.
- Share templates and guidance.
- Provide spiritual encouragement.
Individual Tasks:
- Update resume.
- Practice interviews.
- Prepare testimony/story for interviews.
- Research roles of interest.
PHASE 3: Job Search Execution
Actively search and apply for jobs with shared support.
Weekly Check-in:
- Applications submitted
- Callbacks/interviews
- New roles explored
Coach Tasks:
- Use network/church referrals.
- Provide accountability and encouragement.
- Track progress.
Individual Tasks:
- Apply to at least one job per day.
- Prepare for coaching sessions.
- Network weekly.
- Stay prayerful.
Shared Responsibility

- Individual's Role: Own the process daily.
